Visiting this website

When you open a page, your browser sends technically necessary data to our hosting provider, including ip address, request time, the address requested and a browser identifier. These server logs serve the operation and security of the site.

The legal basis is art. 6(1)(f) gdpr, our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation.

Contact form

When you submit the contact form we process your name, your organisation, your email address and the reason you selected for getting in touch.

Those details are delivered by email to [email protected], and you receive a confirmation at the address you gave us. We do not keep a separate database of form submissions; the data sits in our mailbox.

The legal basis is art. 6(1)(b) gdpr for answering your enquiry, together with art. 6(1)(f) gdpr for our interest in traceable correspondence.

We keep this correspondence for as long as handling it requires, and delete it afterwards unless a statutory retention period applies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics, but only after your explicit consent. Until you choose, no analytics script loads and no request reaches Google.

The legal basis is art. 6(1)(a) gdpr. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future, through the cookie settings on our cookie page.

Recipients and transfers outside the eu

We use an email service provider as a processor to deliver the form notification and the confirmation message.

If you consent to analytics, Google Ireland Limited is a recipient. This can involve a transfer to the united states, covered by the standard contractual clauses and the eu-us Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and a right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest.

You can withdraw a consent you have given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in the netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in germany the state authority responsible for your place of residence.
