The average rollout takes 4–6 weeks, depending on sensor installation. Until then we run in parallel with existing fixed routes so nothing breaks.

Yes. Scoop reads from Sidcon, Bammens, Enevo, Newwaste LidarSense and a growing list of other manufacturers out of the box. Supplying your own sensors? We connect via an open REST API or MQTT.

The driver app stores the whole day locally on the iPad. Pickups and reports sync as soon as there's a connection again, routes never depend on coverage.

Scoop processes container data, not personal data. All processing under a standard GDPR data processing agreement, DPIA support included.

We're flexible on scope: from a defined part of your service area to a full rollout in one go. The biggest gains, route optimisation, fewer kilometres, fewer overflows, only really show up at service-area-wide scale. Together we choose the starting shape that fits your planning and budget.
